Hello, my name is Sarah Hunt and I am an Intuitive Healer, Spiritual Teacher, Artist and Author with many years’ experience of each area of my work. I am based in Kempston near Bedford in the UK but work with people all over the country and all over the world as energy healing can be done without being physically present.I work with the energies of Cosmic Heart which are channelled through the heart centre and allow us to get to the root cause of the issues that you are experiencing. Cosmic Heart is a very complex yet simple system of healing which has helped me to understand the degree of damage that can be done to our energy systems which can then manifest in the physical as physical or mental health symptoms. I have come to understand that many of the issues that we experience are deep seated and the emotions and energetic blocks that are related sit deep in the energy system. I have also come to understand the importance of us all moving from being head-led to heart-led so that we allow our soul to guide us on this journey we call life. When we allow our heart and soul to lead then everything flows and synchronisities and serendipity happen as we step into flow.
