My journey with healing started after car accident in 2003 where I had a severe back and neck injury which the doctors told me would always cause me problems and that I would probably become more debilitated as time went on. I couldn't accept this so set out to find a way to heal it. I was guided to reiki and after a few treatments found that the pain and stiffness was easing off. I went on to learn reiki and and then teach it which I did for several years. In 2012 I channelled a new system of healing which I was asked to call Cosmic Heart Energy Healing (CHEH). This system of healing has been evolving over the last 6 years. I find that it goes much deeper into the energy system really helping to release the root causes of issues. I have channelled a lot of information about many layers of corruption to the energy that have blocked the heart centre on a very deep level. Cosmic Heart helps you to open the tree heart centre on a deep level so moving people 'on purpose' so that they do what makes them feel really happy in all areas of their life and so that everything synchronises and flows for them, allowing them to manifest their needs and desires quickly as long as it is done from the heart with love and compassion.

CHEH teaches you about the importance of unconditional love and compassion and that to truly lift our vibration we need to clear all negative blocks that are stopping us from opening our heart centre fully. It also teaches you to work intuitively and shows you how you can use crystals, colour, essential oils and quintessences to compliment the hands on energy work.

It also helps to deep fears and fixed false beliefs so clearing many past lives at once along with all the trauma and post trauma stress relating to those issues bringing a deep sense of peace to people. It also allows you to heal your reactions with others on a deep level so that you can heal your relationship with yourself as your most important relationship is the one that you have with yourself. .

CHEH is first and foremost a system of healing that is about healing and developing yourself and I still regularly use it on myself and have treatments to keep my own vibration high and my energy clear. It is a constantly evolving system off healing which evolves to meet the changing needs of the planet and of our energy systems as we evolve.

All my treatments are offered remotely as I find that people respond to the deep healing better this way.

I also teach CHEH to all levels to those who wish to develop themselves spiritually. It is also a system of healing that you can facilitate healing for others and certainly some of my students go on to be practitioners as well.

CHEH is now available as a distant course for those people who prefer to study in their own time or who cannot easily get to my in person workshops. To support my students they are given lifetime membership to the members area of my website where they can access lots of information, videos and audios to help them to understand healing on a deeper level. I also run regular zoom healing shares giving additional training as well as an opportunity to heal each other and ourselves.
