Meditation and Spiritual Awareness Day

Listed here are just some of the benefits to be gained through the practice of The “Art of finding stillness and calm” technique: Helps prevent heart attacks and strokes Emotional and physical relaxation Overcoming insomnia Balance of the cardiovascular system A sense of being in control Clarity of mind in all daily activities Slowing down of the ageing process A feeling of wellbeing Overcoming phobias Improved concentration is a full day where you will learn and experience the techniques and benefit of meditation and awareness through stillness and calm. Some call this Mindfulness but that to me is something else. You will be able to take the skills learnt with you to use in your life, with ongoing support as needed from me. I was taught this by Ven. Negdon Drime to teach to others. I only allow 6 at a time on this day as it is intense and gives everyone the chance to benefit. If you are interested please phone or email me for further details. We have a shared lunch which I will provide, a vegetarian buffet and snacks. All refreshments included the price. You will be given a certificate at the end of the day. £150 per person. with full on going support if required. Each student will be given a small folder containing details of all the practices taught.
