I am an energy healer working with the energies of CosmIc Heart Energy Healing which I first started channelling information about in 2012. I have worked with energy healing since 2003. I started with reiki after a car accident and have developed my knowledge and skills as a facilitator of healing over the last 15 years.

Since starting to work with Cosmic Heart, I have found that the healing work that I facilitate as the channel is done on a much deeper level than reiki. I channelled information about the Soul Blockage which is a build up of negativity in the heart centre which comes from many lifetimes, and found that once this was removed it really helped to speed up the healing process. I have channelled many different techniques to help clear the energy on a deep level and realign it and now teach Cosmic Heart to those who are ready for it. It is a system of healing which is constantly evolving in order to meet our needs as our vibration rises and we move through the energy shift into a more heart centred way of being..

I do a lot of clearing of toxic relationships and past lives as I have come to understand how much they affect us on many levels. There is often a tangled network of energy connecting people affecting the way they react to each other and it goes much deeper than the current life. Clearing all this negative energy heals relationships so that people can be their authentic selves and can draw in authentic relationships.

I believe that it is important for us all to change and be the change that we want to see in the world so that we can help to create that change.

Healing is about bringing body, mind and soul back to a place of balance within the physical body so that we reconnect with ourselves, our souls and the energies of divine ( unconditional) love on a deep level once more. It is time for us all to step into our greater selves but to do this we must heal on a deep level.

Over the last 15 years I have done a lot of work with people from all walks of life with all sorts of different issues, including depression and anxiety, physical pain, thyroid issues, schizophrenia and other psychotic illnesses, miscarriage, bereavement, cancers, and bowel disorders to name a few.

I offer both in person sessions and distant ( remote ) healing as well. Both work equally well ad it enables me to help people not just all over this country but globally as well. .

I also offer healing for animals.
