Since 2012 we have been offering exceptional healthcare from fertility to family. Our team of dedicated practitioners are leaders in maternal care specializing in fertility wellness, prenatal wellness and postpartum wellness.

At Yoga Mamas, we are passionate about and dedicated to creating a world where mamas value investing in their wellness as much as in the wellness of their babies. We support you through wellness, education, movement and community. We have 10 beautiful treatment rooms one large room for yoga and space throughout our two floor building for you to feel at home in. Many mamas refer to our space as their "home away from home".

Our community of mamas support each other through the spirit of wellness, movement and parenting. Our centre creates opportunities for the mamas to meet, stay connected, build friendships and learn from each other as new parents.
