We teach coloring a mandala with in a cradle of sacred sound. Focusing on the mandala with the music holding the space allows for entry into to the liminal space. This is an opportunity for self healing and spiritual growth. The music is co created by Meta Killick Harp Therapist and energy healer and Alistair Clarkson light worker and multi instrumentalist.
