Human Spirit is the result of more than thirty years of personal and professional study, research and practice in: psychology, sociology, mind-body healing, psychotherapy and hypnotherapy, altered states of consciousness, shamanism, mysticism, psychedelics, mythology, philosophy and meditation.

I combine this aquired wisdom with the use of hypnosis and trance states to help you solve your problems, unlock your potential, and awaken your soul.
I have two offices, in Stowmarket and Colchester and also do Skype sessions.

It is my belief that evolution is an on-going process and that the next stage is to expand awareness and connect up to a larger reality, call it God, the Tao, Great Spirit, The Universe, Nature, however you refer to it.
