I am a Holistic Counsellor & Soul Guide. As a licensed Heal Your Life® Coach with BA (Hon) Degree in Psychology I offer transformational workshops, seminars, coaching & counselling based on the Philosophy of Louise Hay for personal and professional development in Essex and surrounding areas.

Heal Your Life® work aims at personal growth and self-healing, and is based on the principles of the book, You Can Heal Your Life, by Louise Hay. Part of the challenge is that we give our power away by blaming the past, other people, and difficult events for our frustration. When we learn to step outside the world of blame we can then choose to create peace, harmony, and balance in our minds and that’s what we will find in our lives.

We are all perfect, whole and complete exactly as we are. As a holistic counsellor I work with my clients in their totality. I don’t heal anyone, instead with my integrative approach I assist the client to heal their mind, body and soul. I help my clients to let go of old limiting beliefs and break free from destructive behaviours to enjoy a new and improved state of mental, spiritual and physical health. Ultimately, I help the client find and release the spiritual perfection which lies within.
