Hi, I’m Hannah and I am a qualified hypnotherapist, having completed my training with Chris Fleet at The Devon School of hypnotherapy. I am registered with the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.

I am married with 5 children and have spent most of my adult life struggling with depression, anxiety and low self-esteem. I spent many years on medication, and two years ago I decided to come off medication. I educated myself on the latest scientific studies around depression. Changed my diet to eliminate any inflammation in my body and exercised more. All these steps helped me to come off the medication and I haven’t looked back since. The final piece of the puzzle for me was having hypnotherapy. I was able to release myself from my inner beliefs about myself and the emotions around specific events in my life. Freeing myself to move forward and achieve my goal of being depression free and training as a hypnotherapist, so I can support other women.

Hypnotherapy can help with lots of issues, including but not limited to, phobias, self-belief, confidence, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, trauma, relationship issues, smoking and weight issues. I specialise in female mental health – depression, anxiety and self-esteem. I believe we all have a wealth of potential inside us, and once we clear the blocks which are holding us back, we can achieve anything we desire.
