This Divine Mercy Sunday, April 27, is an extraordinary combination of special occasions. This year marks the twenty-fifth anniversary, or silver jubilee, of the canonization of Saint Faustina Kowalska and the proclamation of Divine Mercy Sunday, both issued by Pope Saint John Paul II on April 30, 2000. The canonization of Blessed Carlo Acutis will also take place in Rome on April 27. Divine Mercy Sunday Schedule: 8:00 am - Shrine Opens 9:00 am - Traditional Latin Mass 11:00 am - Spanish Mass 12:00 pm - Divine Mercy Chaplet in Spanish 1:00 pm - English Mass 2:30 pm - Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament 2:45 pm - Divine Mercy Reflection and Consecration by His Eminence Raymond Leo Cardinal Burke 3:00 pm - Divine Mercy Chaplet - Led by His Eminence Raymond Leo Cardinal Burke 3:15 pm - Benediction and Reposition 3:30 pm - St. Faustina Relic Blessing and Veneration 5:00 pm - Shrine Closes Confessions: Confessions will be available 30 minutes before the 9 am and 11 am Masses until all are heard and then at 12 PM until 4 PM. Time: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
