Teen girls (ages 13-18) will be provided with information, tools, resources, and connection with trusted adults. Adults (youth leaders, moms, dads, grandparents, aunts, uncles, teachers, etc.) will be provided with information and training to be better equipped to support teen girls. -Breakout sessions for teens on body image, thought patterns, relational conflicts, heartbreak, and tragedy. -Breakout session for adults on communication with teens, faith development of teens, teen mental health, caring for your own well-being while supporting another's journey, and a special breakout session for father figures! -Talk Rooms available with licensed therapist and qualified counselors for anyone who needs to chat -Tools and resources provided by local organizations -Giveaways and goodie bags -Connection and fun activities (therapy dogs!)
