The moment of the Buddha’s enlightenment has been likened to a ‘Lion’s Roar’.This course introduces the Dzogchen tradition of Buddhist meditation.
This weekend non-residential course is suitable for both total beginners and experienced meditators,for those from any tradition and those from none.
The emphasis will be on seeingthe true significance of the direct, immediate sense of awareness that we havewith us all of the time.
There will be an introduction to formless meditation and an exploration of howto carry this very profound view of the world into the every dayworld of our experience.
During the course the transmission of the formless meditation instruction is given. Additionally, for background reading, first-time attendees will receive a copy of the book Openness Clarity Sensitivity by Rigdzin Shikpo.
