As a Bliss-Life Coach I use a variety of healing modalities to help you love life despite having experienced emotional trauma.My modalities include, but are not limited to: EFT, Akashic Field Therapy, Laser-Reiki, Quantum Touch, Merkaba Meditation, Meditation, Coaching, Trauma-Healing.Even though emotional trauma is not yet recognized as having as much impact as physical traumas or are relegated to experiences in war or accidents, the PTSD - the post traumatic stress - emotional trauma creates renders many people hopeless, depressed, fatigued, anxious, insecure, and more. Most importantly, once we feel stuck in these emotions, we attract similar experiences, because that is how a vibrational universe works.That is the reason my mission is to help people feel, to get in touch with their emotions in a safe way in order to release and heal them so that living a life worth loving and enjoying is possible again. A life full of resilience, too, because there are tools, strategies, and mind- & heart-sets that help us deal with a life that keeps throwing us challenges.I am skilled in trauma care and use my various healing modalities and coaching to help clients acknowledge, nurture, and flourish. I further teach and lecture about meditation, teach energy healing, and use my intuitive capabilities to access trauma in areas mainstream counselors cannot.I look forward to meeting you!
