I am a clinical reflexologist and also qualified Tai Chi teacher, Yoga enthusiast and a passion for learning in the holistic and complementary therapies field. I have studied mindfulness, meridians, EFT, Chrystal Reflexology, Solestry (foot reading), among many other courses to deepen my knowledge of reflexology, energy and healing. If Im not busy I always have a book in my hand to read more interesting facts and features that will help me.

Regular of the Midlands Well Being events and Mind Body & Spirit shows. I am always available for visits at home and in a few local hubs in the Nottinghamshire area. Our show radius is a bit wider.
