I have always used a natural living approach for myself and family.
I started on my journey when I decided I wanted to spread the love and awareness of complimentary therapies, herbal medicine and using a holistic approach to health and wellbeing for longevity of life.
After becoming certified in advanced herbal medicine, Reflexology, Indian head massage, Reiki and crystal therapy along with an additional Violet flame attunement to add to the reiki and crystal reiki. I also achieved a level 2 certificate in Nutrition and Health. I began Holistic hands wellbeing therapies.

I am a mobile therapist serving Stafford and surrounding areas.
