I am an experienced Intuitive Healer working with the energies of Cosmic Heart which is a dynamic system of energy healing where the universal energies are channelled through the heart centre. These energies go deep into the energy system to help release whatever is stopping you from moving forward.

I am also an experienced Past Life Regression Therapist, helping people to access past memories through hypnosis and deep relaxation techniques to help them to understand who they truly are as well as access memories to give them insight into what from their past is affecting their current life.

I have also written a book called Conversations with spirit; Our journey home, where I channelled Lev Vygotsky who has given us great insight into the process that we go through in preparation for our transition out of the human form and back into spirit.
