Hello my name is Penny and I would like to welcome you to my world of Crystals, Sound & Energy Work.

Crystals and Sound have become an integral part of my day to day life. From when I rise in the morning until my head hits the pillow at night, the passion I feel for what I do, whether it's hands-on healing, teaching crystals, playing with my grandchildren or even admin work, it is something I could never have imagined. Healing. teaching and the sourcing of crystals for sale at various events, for personal and course use, is now my life’s work.


Following a few years of just surviving so to speak after an illness, I knew that it was now time for me to help me! It was time for me to find out who Penny really was outside of being a mother, a wife and working!

And so, my journey began in earnest. I started with meditation which focused the mind and then some time later I discovered crystal healing, which helped me to look at and release the emotional and physical components which had contributed to experiences in my life, some good, some bad.

Self-Healing and relaxation is so important for everyone even the Practitioner/Teacher.

My sessions, workshops and courses assist people to not just survive but enjoy and embrace life like I did.
