Amanda runs the Restoring Balance Wellness Clinic and is a passionate and dedicated practitioner, who specialises in chronic pain, chronic fatigue and improving emotional wellbeing.

Amanda is an Accredited Chrysalis Effect Specialist Practitioner and ILM Accredited Wellbeing Coach helping people with Fibromyalgia and ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in their recovery.

Amanda uses her Advanced Nerve Reflexology techniques to reduce stress and reduce pain levels. She also uses her Reflexology techniques to support clients through either natural conception or assisted reproductive treatments such as IVF. Amanda continues this support with Reflexology throughout pregnancy, alleviating many common pregnancy symptoms and is able to give post dates treatment to help induce labour.

Amanda is a trainer in The Balance Procedure, which is a effective self help energy technique which balances your emotions and thoughts, bringing you into a relaxed state very quickly, which allows your body to do its own healing and improving your wellbeing. She runs The Balance Procedure workshops on a regular basis in Dorking, Surrey

Amanda is a great believer in empowering her clients to take control of their own health and will support and teach you techniques to help you do this, which will bring about a more positive way of thinking.
