The Nightmare's Gift: Two Thursday Sessions With Serafina Luz $75 (price includes October 16th and 23rd sessions) THE NIGHTMARE'S GIFT: Befriending the Shadow WIthin Nightmares have visited all of us, but rarely are they looked at through the compassionate lens with which they usually deserve. In this two part series, we will learn how to approach them gently and with curiosity, honor how and why they show up, and learn how to alchemize their darkness into light and healing in our lives. WHAT TO EXPECT: Each week we will open and close our time together in collective ceremony, prayer and Guided Dreaming Week 1: Meeting the Shadow: Learn the basics of why we have nightmares and develop a compassionate understanding of their function. We will weave a waking dream with the Tarot to meet a current fear through the lens of love and cultivate gentle tactics to encourage their transformation. Week 2: Dancing with Darkness: Understand how the waking world can reflect the nightmare. Explore a new awareness of this and how even the darkness within and outside can be an opportunity for the greatest light. ***please bring a journal/ pen, an eye mask (optional) and water. You do not need to remember your nighttime dreams to attend or participate in this experience! Whether you remember or not, expect a deeper connection to your dreams and magic in your life as a result.
