The Long Man of Wilmington a talk by Stuart Mason

Stuart Mason, a local to East Sussex with a deep passion for the South Downs and its mystical history. He is an archaeoastronomer, world explorer, megalithomaniac, and dowser driven by a love for uncovering ancient mysteries. The Long Man of Wilmington, one of Britain’s most enigmatic chalk hill figures, has baffled scholars, locals, and researchers alike. What does it mean? Why was it created? These unanswered questions have only heightened the intrigue surrounding this extraordinary site. Please do come and explore the Long Man of Wilmington with Stuart Mason The talk will start at 2:00 pm with a refreshment break at approximately 3:30 pm. There will be time for questions/discussion after the break. Entry cost: £6 which includes a hot drink and biscuits. The Sussex Dowsers warmly welcome new 'members'.
