Come unWINEd unWINEd : Sound Bath + Vines Join us for this special unWINEd where we'll start the new year off grounded in tranquility. We'll explore our intentions through sound bath and release what's not serving us in this new year. Admission includes a basic set-up (yoga mat, small pillow, blankets, eye pillow), hot tea, sound bath, and 1 glass of wine. If you'd like a more comfortable experience, you can upgrade to a zero gravity chair for $10 more. Please bring any other comforts you'd like, a journal and pen for reflection. If you'd like lunch afterwards, the winery has a cheese plate for purchase. If you'd like something else to eat after the session, please feel free to bring a bite for afterwards.
