A Fall Gratitude Yin and Reiki Immersion: Let's gather and nourish ourselves as the fading daylight calls us inward to take stock of the last season bounty. The Fall season's call for comfort, closeness, and preparation for longer nights will be answered and honored during our Yin and Reiki Immersion. This healing container is geared to nourish your internal landscape and systems. We will work with the element of air to deeply feel the body and breath, to connect to our higher minds, our hearts, and create space for inspiration. Our time together will include; a fresh yin sequence alongside some rejuvenative reiki, soothing and cleansing breathwork and simple snacks and refreshments for our inbetween sequence break. Bring your journal to record any insights or messages received during your time within your emotional interior. Lastly, we'd love to invite you to bring a small item or two (nature item, crystal, picture or other treasured memento) to add to the Fall altar that we will be constructing as a community. This collective offering will signify our intentions and heartfelt desires as we cross the threshold into this new chapter. May you be blessed and in the rhythm with nature's way.
