Couples Retreat Our couples therapy retreat offers a wide variety of relationship activities many of which can be tied in with our onsite relationship counselling. Nestled on the quiet side of Katoomba we are just a 5-minute drive to the centre of town should you want to take in local dining and activities. We’re within walking distance to Mini Ha Ha waterfall for those after a tranquil bushwalk and the opportunity for a swim during the summer months. 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙥𝙡𝙚𝙨 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙍𝙚𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩 Mix up the time you spend on couples therapy with activities such as a couples board game, gratitude building/light-hearted relationship reflections, films exploring different relationship themes, reading fables about couples, listening to stories about couples, exploring poetry, getting into your body via yoga, meditation, mindfulness colouring, drawing sacred geometry as well as outdoor activities and time spent in nature.
