Hopi ear candling practitioners workshop. Hopi ear candling or thermo-auricular therapy is increasingly popular and an easy treatment for holistic therapists to add to their skills. You will learn the main benefits of this relaxing, therapeutic treatment, which aids many ear, nose, throat and head conditions. All the health and safety aspects of this therapy, as well as practical application of the candles and a pressure point massage. Course content: * Health & safety. * Contra-indications. * Benefits of Hopi candling. * Demonstration of treatment (Including consultation). * Aftercare advice. * Basic anatomy will be covered. * Ear problems, AND MORE. You will receive a comprehensive manual covering all aspects of Hopi ear candling. On completion of the course you will receive a diploma which enables you to obtain insurance to practice as a therapist. This is a full-day course running from 10.30 - 4.40. You will be sent the manual at least four weeks before the workshop day (as soon as your deposit is received) so you have time to read through and learn all the aspects of Hopi ear candling. This then leaves us free on the day for all the practical. You will give and receive a full treatment. There will be 9 case studies to submit & a small question/answer paper before you receive your certificate. The cost is £125. A £50 non- refundable deposit is required five weeks before course day. There are no prerequisites for this course.
