Family Mini Me Yoga free taster session to introduce this excellent system which teaches seven steps to Fun and Mindfulness. We use simple teaching cards to learn Basic yoga and use games, movement, props, music and basic meditation. Venue is, Zenubian Hither Green, SE London. If demand we can plan more sessions for Parents with kids ages three to eight.
