Reiki Level 1 Certified Workshop 150.00 pounds At this level you will be taught how to self heal and how to heal family and friends. The complete course can be done in one day, however I prefer to split this course over at least 2 days. Training Day You will be taught the hand positions need to heal yourself, given a brief overview of the history of Reiki, what it is and how it is used. You will receive a Reiki treatment, chakra cleanse, your Reiki Level 1 attunement, certification and lineage. Apart from the Reiki Attunement, the most important part of Reiki training is the 21 days of self healing, that every student must go through. You will be taught how to set up a Reiki Room, how to treat others from a seated position and while using a Massage couch or Bed, you will be taught the anatomy of the body, the 7 chakras, what reiki can be used for how to use crystals, sound and colour healing with Reiki, how to treat babys and pregnant women, and much more.
