The Back Studio at Mayhem Theatre Arts is easily reachable from Hertford, Ware, Broxbourne, Wormley, Stanstead Abbotts and the surrounding areas. Another new class that started in October 2018. It originally started as a ninety minute Yin yoga class but was changed to a Hatha yoga class in November. The Back Studio is a long more narrow room that can hold up to fifteen mats. The warm, partly mirrored room has a real yoga studio feel to it - great for an evening class. Student numbers have been lower at this class, and we're offering your first class free, and second class at £5 all through November, so come along. During each class you'll learn all aspects of yoga from the basic postures (Asanas) to more challenging poses. Each month has a particular theme to focus on, so your class always offers something new to learn, as well as you benefitting from a regular physical Hatha yoga practice. We finish every class with a relaxation session (Savasana) so you feel nice and relaxed at the end of each practice. Adults of all ages and abilities are welcome as modifications are given for all postures depending on your ability. In yoga we all work within and respect our own individual boundaries. Venue: Mayhem Theatre Arts Back Studio. Day: Monday 7:15pm - 8:15pm. Style: Hatha. Ability: Adults of all abilities. Class Size: 15. Parking: Plenty of parking on site, and 2hrs free parking in Sainsbury's a short walk away if needed. Please Note: All mats, belts, blocks and bricks are provided but please feel free to bring your own if you have them.
