SHAMANIC EXPLORATION GROUP

This Group meets on the second Tuesday each month. This Group provides a format to experience and explore, practice and develop all kinds of Shamanic skills and techniques. Based mostly on the Celtic and Native American traditions, there will be journeying to Drumming and Rattle, work with Power and Totem Animals, Spirit Allies and Guides, including Tree and Plant Allies, Exploration of the Underworld, Middleworld and Otherworld, Ceremony and more! Time is always given for feedback on experiences. No previous experience or knowledge is required and the Group is mutually supportive. The Group meets 7.30 - 10 pm and cost is £7.50 per meeting.
