Ruesi Dat Ton/Gong Sound Bath - meditative Yoga with Lizzy Horn

Ruesi Dat Ton (meditative Yoga) and Gong Sound Bath 2pm to 4pm £20 RUESI - means YOGI DAT - means STRETCHING TON - means SELF. Ruesi Dat Ton - is a meditative yoga, used by the Forest Hermit Monks in Thailand. It is an ancient form of Yoga, the practice is floor based, similar to Yin Yoga, but the postures are only held for short periods of time with emphasis on the breath. This is not a dynamic form of Yoga, it is meditative and relaxing with emphases on the breath. Gong baths bathe you in a wash of healing sound waves which take you into a deep relaxation (alpha brainwave) state. They are one of the most soothing, body detoxifying, holistic and rejuvenating vibrational ancient tools. Each Gong has its own individual sound producing harmonics and frequencies which can release emotions and tensions. A gong bath or gong sound meditation is a sound massage for the body and mind.
