I teach several yoga classes each week in the Everett, WA area, as well as local workshops on numerous topics (meditation, breath, healing, etc.). And I lead retreats locally and globally. I have written two books and have a guided meditation CD that people really enjoy. I also lead and teach profound Oneness events. I do personal coaching as well.

My passion is to assist the great shift on Earth, one person at a time. It is a joy and honor to help others clear old limits and awaken to their true purpose, power and passion.
