About the Instructor: Erin’s studies started over 13 years ago when she ventured down the path of holistic healing and attended Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition. After graduation, Erin began working closely with individual clients, focusing on women and hormonal balance. She then enrolled in the Institute of Women's Health, a year-long program, studying in detail women's health and coaching. It is Erin’s goal to help empower women throughout their cycles.
