We all have core stories that define us, and often our lives. These stories often arise out of some kind of wounding or painful experiences in the past, which then go on to control and dictate our present and future. They act as a kind of 'spell', unconsciously directing the course of our actions and influencing our experiences, until it becomes difficult to perceive reality beyond them. Shamanic healing offers us the chance to move beyond these spells and the patterns of behaviour they induce, some which may have been passed down through our ancestral line. In this workshop we will explore shamanic techniques to identify and bring healing to these stories until they can be released and the power that they have been using can be reclaimed for the benefit of our lives.
