This ground-breaking workshop will explore the concept of lucid living and conscious dying within the traditions of the Toltec-Mexhica and Tibetan Buddhism.
Both traditions agree that awareness of death leads to increased clarity in our waking lives, allowing us to live more lucidly and to use our lucid dreams to prepare for the final sleep of our lives…
Sergio will explore:
The different types of death in the Toltec Tradition
Sowing the intention for your death while you’re still alive
The 9 levels in the Mictlan Land of the Death
How to repair the energetic body and navigate the tunnel of life and death
How to slow the heart in preparation for conscious dying
Charlie will explore:
The Tibetan Buddhist view of death and dying
The 49 day after death bardo journey
The 6 realms of samsaric existence and their psychological correlates
How to use the lucid dream and OBE as preparation for a conscious death
How we can all practically prepare for death (end of life instructions/living wills)
Charlie and Sergio will do a 90min session each before lunch, a 90min session each after lunch with around 30mins at the end of the day for joint question and answer time.
College of Psychic Studies - The College was founded in 1884 by a group of eminent scholars and scientists. Its purpose was to facilitate formal investigation into the psychic and mediumistic phenomena that were such a topic of debate in the Victorian era. With great courage, this group of distinguished people, some notable in science, others from within the ranks of the Anglican clergy, defied the prevailing canons of respectability in order to proclaim to a world of increasing materialism that human personality survives bodily death and that this is capable of demonstration.
