As we move forward in 2017 we find we are being more and more guided towards healing, in all its varying forms. Although we have been teaching both Usui and Angelic Reiki, we now feel it's time to move more towards giving healing, both as group sessions and on a one-to-one basis.

Healing comes in many forms and we have taken further training in some different modalities, including sound, vibration, colour and pure energy work. We are now ready to offer the following at Como:

Reiki - a beautiful calming method that uses the natural life force energy that surrounds and runs through us all and directs it into the body to allow healing.

Angelic Reiki - working closely with the Angelic Realm to bring about a deep sense of peace and well-being.

Crystal Singing Bowls Sound Therapy - using all 9 of our crystal singing bowls, plus other instruments, to bring the body back into its natural vibrational state.

A Healing Journey - a new modality designed by us both which brings several elements into play for a uniquely personal healing experience.

Gong Bath - the deeply resonating sound of the gongs, plus other instruments, washes over you whilst the body absorbs the restoring vibrations and you drift into a deeply meditative state.

Access Bars® - certain Bars points in the head are gently touched allowing considerations, thoughts, feelings, emotions, decisions, judgments and beliefs from any lifetime, that no longer serve you, to be released.

Most sessions take place on Monday evenings starting at 7pm, and an occasional Saturday morning starting at 10am. The cost per session is £30. Our schedule for the remainder of the year is as follows:
