I am a psychic spiritual medium, This means I am able to channel information from spirit guides and loved one's who have passed over.
I read the subtle energy field also called aura of people, places and objects clairaudantly (hearing) clairvoyantly(seeing) and clairsentiently (feeling). My readings are very practical, straight forward with gentle guidance, they help clarify on issues that surround the client from relationships, work, health, family, travel. CRYSTAL HEALING
Using crystals in healing therapy is a form of vibrational healing or "energy medicine" they are powerful tools when used by a qualified crystal therapist, they help balance the vital life force and bring about optimum health. Crystal healing therapy is natural and gentle and has no limits.
Each individual client is unique and needs are met by consulting on what the issue's are then choosing the correct crystals for the healing, guided visualisation is used to relax the client I then place the crystals on and around the body (fully clothed), I am then used as a conduit to allow healing energy to flow through in to the client, whilst the crystals amplify the healing, clearing and accelerating the body’s natural ability to heal on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.

HYPNOTHERAPY
In a hypnotherapy session the client is gently guided into a relaxed state, communication with the unconscious mind can be opened. The unconscious houses our emotions, our thoughts and our intuitions, it is our guide and advisor, a reservoir of unrecognised potential strength and knowledge.
However, our unconscious mind can have a different 'agenda' to that of our conscious mind and the body, and it can be difficult to change things through sheer 'will' (conscious effort) alone, no matter how determined an individual we may be. When using hypnotic suggestion I open up communication with the unconscious to clear and remove negative habits providing positive beneficial suggestions to 'reprogramme' the unconscious enabling new behaviours.

PAST LIFE REGRESSION

Past Life Regression is a relaxing hypnotic experience where the individual is allowed to sense, feel, hear and see situations from another time and place enabling them to shed light on some of these mysteries. Exploring your past lives can bring insights into your current life.

Using appropriate crystals and guided imagery the client is moved into a state of hypnotic relaxation from where we can address the unconscious directly. The unconscious is the memory bank holding the keys to our past lives. The client is guided throughout the session to view, recall and heal their experiences. All the information is accessed solely by the client, moving forwards and backwards through the significant events in that life time in a safe and confidential environment.

Inner Child Therapy
Inner Child Therapy will regress you back to uncover, explore and release unconscious emotions, beliefs, hurts, fears and trauma locked in the subconscious of your younger self. These deeply repressed emotions could be the cause of mental concerns, emotional issues and physical ailments in your current life which consequently may hold you back from who you really want to be, ie panic attacks, anxiety, sleeplessness, OCD, unfulfillled relationships and numerous other problems.
Often our Inner Child needs to develop survival behaviours which work well for us at the time and act as excellent protection mechanisms. However, they rarely work for us as adults.
