I offer traditional Usui Reiki & Intuitive Healing & Tsuboki Japanese Hand Massage.

Reiki can be either in person or I can also offer distance Reiki, which is equally as effective.
I am a mobile practitioner so you can enjoy a relaxing appointment in the comfort of your own home.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is both a spiritual practice and an energy healing system originating in Japan from its founder Mikao Usui.
The practitioner gently places their hands non-intrusively, on or near the body using their intuition and training as a guide. There is no massage or manipulation, and you are fully clothed throughout the therapy.

It is also possible to receive Reiki at a distance and aims to work on the four levels of healing; the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

It is a tradition that is open to any belief system and benefits may include deep relaxation and the promotion of a calm peaceful sense of wellbeing.

What is JHM?

Japanese Hand Massage is a therapeutic technique rooted in Japanese traditional medicine and culture, focusing on promoting relaxation and improving overall well-being through the manipulation of the hands and fingers. It can also help with painful hand issues like arthritis and carpal tunnel syndrome.

Both practices can be done as either seated or lying down on my therapy bed/chair.
