I teach Energy Medicine Yoga, teach Usui and Drum Reiki and practice Thought Field Therapy.

Shifting energy in the body brings amazing changes in the way we think and behave. Changing ourselves is often easier than we think.

I would love to work with you if you are stuck in some way. When you know something needs to be different but you cannot put your finger on what it is. We unravel the thoughts that keep you from being an amazing human.
