I am a qualified Holistic Counsellor with a strong background in Shamanic and Reiki Healing practices. This provides a rich mixture of more conventional confidential counselling space with the opportunity to tap into energy healing interventions. This can provide a powerful way of helping to bring clarity, remove blockages, release old patterns and bring personal insight that can lead to a genuine change in behavioural patterns.. Tools I work with include the drum, rattle, incense, Tarot, Crystals, and readings using systems such as 9 Star Ki, Soul Plan and Astrology.

Having personally experienced, stress, anxiety and healing crisis I understand how disruptive they can be to daily life and traumatic it can be to live with these personal shifts. I also have experienced how powerful these healing modalities can be in helping to shift energy and mindset to a place that is more peaceful, harmonised and reveals better personal understanding.

Work these days is generally done on line via zoom, however, in person sessions can be set up where needed. I am based in North London, South Hertfordshire and am prepared to travel when necessary.
