Angelic Reiki Healing is a powerful yet gentle form of healing that works on rebalancing your energy field and releasing anything that is no longer needed. During this relaxing treatment I channel very high vibrational energy into your aura/ chakra system to allow it to reset to a place that is suitable for your souls journey at this moment in time. The energy body & physical body often holds lots of old wounds and angelic reiki is the perfect place to start in addressing the healing that is needed.

As our souls are evolving fast and we are shedding many layers of what we no longer need to carry it is possible through Angelic Reiki to heal on a deep multidimensional level addressing core wounds that hold their origins in a past life.

Angelic Reiki can help you to release stuck emotions that may have been held in your body for a long time, heighten your intuition and connect deeper with your own soul. It helps to relax the mind, body & spirit. Angelic reiki can release specific blockages in the body that are holding you back at this time and can help you move towards matching your vibration with your life purpose. It helps with insomnia, stress, anxiety and can help to achieve clarity.

The same amount of time and energy is given during a distant healing session and in person. I am currently only offering healing distantly. I have 13 years experience working with reiki healing (Usui & Angelic) in person and distantly. I am trained to teacher level in Angelic Reiki.

I guide meditation on an intuitive level and it differs slightly from mindfulness although it can include mindfulness. The aim of the meditation I offer is to allow a greater connection with yourself physically and spiritually. Meditation can trigger the process of self-healing within you and it is required as with all therapy that you work with it and have other forms of support in place if it is needed.

This means that through meditation you can explore feelings, being aware of the body, self-healing (this life and past lives), practising letting go, coming into awareness of your own energy body (chakras and aura), connecting with your higher self and spiritual guides, receiving clarity, realising where you are being held back or holding yourself back and it can be a tool that you use to help make changes to yourself and to your life that is for your greater good.

It is beneficial to form connections with spiritual guides who are available to assist on the journey and give healing and guidance to you. However, during meditation sessions I try to keep a balance whereby you are not disconnecting from self to reach for external connections all of the time but also practise how to simply feel and be body aware. It is important at times to stay in the body as the body is highly intelligent and is a powerful messenger when you pause to listen. Staying in the body is especially important for those who have experienced trauma and PTSD.
