Deep Meditation , Self Knowledge, Yoga and Quantum Healing Hypnosis practice My name is Ignazio Dentici and I have been practicing Deep Meditation, Yoga and other spiritual practices daily for over 15 years. About 6 years ago I trained and started teaching courses and sharing the MPA techniques and others. I guide a Yoga class which looks at the more spiritual and energetic practices of Yoga, and hold regular seminars including on cultivation of Kundalini energy.
