My name is Ignazio Dentici and I have been practicing Deep Meditation, Yoga and other spiritual practices daily for over 15 years. About 6 years ago I trained and started teaching courses and sharing the MPA techniques and others. I guide a Yoga class which looks at the more spiritual and energetic practices of Yoga, and hold regular seminars including on cultivation of Kundalini energy. I’ve also been practicing the QHHT, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, and been experiencing amazing insights and changes in my friends and clients who partake.
