A combination Reiki Healing and Sound Therapy. Reiki is known as a 'universal life force energy' founded in Japan by Dr Mikao Usui. This treatment will be led by Diana Malone. It is a graceful and compassionate alternative therapy, which encourages energy to flow through the body set with positive intention for your highest good. Diana will hold the space safely as you let the layers of life’s traumas melt away. Sound Therapy is a sacred tool that has been used for centuries in Eastern Society. This treatment will be led by Becky Hamilton who is a Sound Therapist. It has the potential to help people recognise and release things that they are holding onto, reconnect to your true selves and become one with the universe. The combination of these practises enhances healing, allowing the body to rebalance it’s frequency. You can be seated or lie on the floor. Do bring cushions, blankets etc to ensure you are really comfortable and therefore able to relax fully.
