The Healing Tree Network meetings so far have been fabulous. The next meeting is on Monday 12th Decemberr at 10am Our speaker on Monday 12th December, Laurie Lathom-Sharp is a transformational leader, which simply means he has had to navigate the depths of his own intense transformation to authentically lead others through theirs. He takes his inspiration from the raw wisdom of the natural world & all the experience he has gathered through a life full of challenge and adventure. Having gone through an intense and accelerated transformational path in his twenties and thirties through chronic ill health, eventual bankruptcy and the death of his father, he was led off the conventional life path and onto a path of true passion and purpose; health and healing. Laurie went on to set up one of the very first raw sauerkraut businesses in the UK, ‘Laurie’s Tummy Loving Foods’, which enabled him to travel the world and build a strong connection with the intelligence of life, going much deeper in his own healing. More recently he has gone through another intense period of transformation. Not knowing the answers to the challenges he was facing, he decided to fully let go and trust the intelligence of life to take the reins. Once again the life Laurie knew, along with his business, burned to the ground, only to reveal a new life path and a more raw and honest version of himself. Laurie is now teaching the forgotten wisdom of transformation, an inevitably challenging and fear inducing journey, but ultimately an essential process and a wonderful adventure. At this talk, Laurie will speak about our role as healers and practitioners as ‘midwives’ of transformation, fully assisting the transformational process through understanding and trusting the intelligence of illness and disease as a catalyst for fundamental change.
