Join us for the Spring edition of Awaken the Goddess Festival and immerse yourself in a day of feminine grace - a day long programme of talks and workshops, designed to allow you to explore a variety of subjects and meet wonderful women who can support your journey. Together we create and hold a safe space that allows for healing and the bonds of sisterhood to strengthen. Attendees from previous events consistently say that they found the day to be inspiring and empowering – the best feedback we could ask for! Here's what we have planned for the day :) 10 am - Opening Circle Workshops throughout the day: Connect with the Goddess - Hayley Foster da Silva Explore ways to connect with the Goddess through meditation and ritual practice. Hayley will hold a ritual, creating a safe container to personally explore your connection to the Goddess, but also yourself as the Goddess is also within! Mindfulness with Zah - Zahra Franklin Time to switch off and have some 'Me time' with Zahra who will be introducing some mindfulness yoga to enhance your flexibility, strength and co-ordination. Leave with a sense of calm and balance. You Are A Woman, that is Your Superpower - Michelle Clarke and Amanda Forster Learn how to dissolve any untruths you tell yourself every day, recognise what areas of your life may be holding you back. Strengthen your friendship with your mind and body and step away confidently, embracing your inner glow and superpower Chakra Cleanse and Re Activate - Laura Jane Re-align your energy centres through guided movement and exercises that will help you re-engage with your body and open up to affirming your manifestations for the months ahead. Rest With The Goddess - Sarah Wheeler Enjoy a Deep Rest and Yoganidrā Experience. Rest is not a luxury. It is an absolute necessity for our nourishment in the tempestuous times we live in, while Divine Feminine energy rises up, dismantling crumbling outdated systems. There will be a recording of the event available if you cannot attend all the workshops on the day. You are free to pick which workshops you would like to attend live and which you would like to skip or watch later in the recording.
