Facilitators: Jane Ford, M.Ed and Kathy Budreski, RN 6-week program, 10:00-11:30am via Zoom, on: -March 9th -March 16th -March 23rd -March 30th -April 6th -April 13th Through experiential sessions, participants will learn how to tap into their gifts that help integrate and balance the joys and burdens of aging. We will share poetry and readings at the beginning and end of class, and use guided imagery, journaling, visioning, and reflection in our sessions. Each weekly meeting, we will use the book The Gift of Years by Joan Chittister. Jane Ford, M.Ed., is a retired nonprofit management and fundraising consultant. Jane lives in Pembroke, MA where she is a Hospice volunteer, Worship Associate and member of the Pastoral Care Team at First Parish Kingston. Kathy Budreski, RN, and has a certificate in Educational and Pastoral Ministry. She has been working with the Elderly and Hospice End of Life Care for the past 20 years.
