Valentine's Day Loving Kindness Meditation In honor of this annual celebration of love, GateWay's classes and meditations this week are focused on the heart and the practice of Loving Kindness. We invite you to join us in this practice, and offer thoughts from each of our teachers to inspire you. Loving Kindness (Metta) meditation is an ancient Indian practice used to cultivate unselfish and unconditional kindness towards others. The practice of Loving Kindness can yield remarkable emotional, physical and spiritual benefits. Join us every morning at 7:30 am for our free group meditation, through February 23rd.
