Elements of Tantra - 3 Levels of Connection

Elements Of Tantra: A Series of Introductory Workshops to Tantra Facilitated by Natalie Ford & Sanjay Joshi (as featured in Time Out's recent Sex Ed Teachers article) Discover Elements of Tantra through this series of one-day introductory workshops. We look at the vast, mysterious and fascinating Elements of Tantra and applying them to modern life. These workshops will run approximately every 6 weeks throughout 2019 and we will cover a different topic in each workshop. Join us for a single workshop, several or get a discount if you attend the whole series! Sunday 5th May: 3 Levels of Connection On this opening event of the workshop series, we will use elements of tantra to explore deeper connection to ourselves, to others and to something greater than all of us. Do you seek deeper levels of connection? Do you long to know yourself and others beyond the mere surface? How might it be to gaze into another's soul? How might it feel to be truly seen by another? Feel integrated and have a deep sense of who you are! These are just some elements of connection we will explore on this delicious introduction workshop. What will the workshop contain? A short discussion, various movement exercises, solo exercises, partnered exercises and group exercises; all fully clothed. We will introduce elements of tantra with the intention to connect us more deeply to ourselves, to those around us and beyond our physical form using tantric and movement techniques. Who is this workshop for? All ages, genders, identities and orientations. This workshop series is aimed at people with little or no experience of tantra who are curious to discover beyond themselves, expand and grow. This series is designed as introductory workshops to give you a taste of this exciting and tantalising world of tantra. Practicalities Timings: Doors open at 10:30am for a 10:50am start.
