Yoga with Alena

Hi Guys. I am training to be a yoga teacher. My aim is to know as much as I can but also learning from you. I practise yoga for last two years and I practise meditation last 24 years,yet only this year I have decided to become a teacher and work towards it. I do Hatha yoga classes for begginers. I run small classes of maximum three people in my own home per day. I have very nice room to use for our yoga. At the moment I have 6 students who come on Tuesday and Wednesday and Thursday. But Monday and Friday yoga is free. So if you are into yoga please come and share experience with me. I help you loose your waight if that is your goal or bring more peace, confidence, flaxibility and healing on many levels which yoga gives us all. Please get in touch with me. My students are happy to support me. They pay me £7 per person and if I have only one person yoga it is £10.
