The Healing Garden invites you to join us at our First Annual Holistic Healing Retreat! The event will be held at the beautiful Hilton Denver Inverness Hotel located in Englewood, CO (just off of I-25 and East County Line Road). The event will feature local and national presenters sharing tools for self-care, nutrition, movement therapy and lifestyle improvement. Be our guest! Your registration includes lodging at the Inverness Hotel, all meals, workshops, and activities scheduled within the event. Grab your spouse, partner, parent, sibling and/or best friend and join us this fall. FAQs Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? This event is open to participants 18 years and up. Underage participants (12 years and older) are welcome to attend as a paid participant when accompanied by a paying adult guardian. What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? From DIA: taxi, uber, lyft, light rail ("A" line to "E" line) *The Inverness hotel has a shuttle that can pick up passengers from the local light rail station (County Line Station). How can I contact the organizer with any questions? email questions to [email protected] What's the refund policy? You may request a refund up until 45 days before the event. All fees are non-refundable after October 1, 2018. If you cancel 46-90 days before event, you can receive a 50% refund. You can transfer your fee to another person up until 10/16/2018. After that, a change request may not be accommodated, due to hotel policies. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No. Can I update my registration information? Please correct any errors before October 1, 2018. Any name/contact changes after October 1st must be made by emailing [email protected]. Changes to hotel rooms may not be available after October 16th. Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? Please email [email protected] for questions about transferring your reservation. If the change is requested before October 16th, we may be able to accomodate your request. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any changes with the hotel after October 16th. Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? If your registration changes are confirmed by The Healing Garden, then we will make note of it on our end.
