The Age of Merlin

This workshop follows the life story of the famous Magician, Prophet and Advisor - Merlin the Mage - from his magickal conception and birth to his first prophecy, his spiral into madness and his return to become advisor to the once and future King Arthur Pendragon of Albion. Edwin, a long time channel of the spirit of the Merlin has with Merlin’s help, interpreted the story of Merlin’s life as a series of metaphors which can be used for spiritual guidance for any one floundering, blocked or lost at the moment, who seek their own path of continued spiritual growth or personal magickal development and power. You will be exploring lesser known characters in Merlin’s life such as his Mother Aldan, his spiritual teacher Blaise and his Sister Ganaeda, as well as lesser known chapters in Merlin’s life story, such as his madness and cure, his failed prophecies and the creation of Stone Henge, combined with those spaces and places sacred to Merlin the Mage – such as his magickal tower and cave. Edwin and the Merlin will weave magickal meditations combined with simple rituals and ceremonies and spells that can be used to transform your personal situation, empowering yourself and set in motion powerful changes, initiations and activations that will have far reaching consequences on your spiritual path. This promises to be a truly illuminating and powerful day, perfect for anyone who has ever felt drawn to the Merlin’s energy.

College of Psychic Studies
HOST:
College of Psychic Studies - The College was founded in 1884 by a group of eminent scholars and scientists. Its purpose was to facilitate formal investigation into the psychic and mediumistic phenomena that were such a topic of debate in the Victorian era. With great courage, this group of distinguished people, some notable in science, others from within the ranks of the Anglican clergy, defied the prevailing canons of respectability in order to proclaim to a world of increasing materialism that human personality survives bodily death and that this is capable of demonstration.
